Core strength is vitally important to helping soccer players develop their soccer abilities. Your core muscles are the muscles around the middle of your body, and they are the center of the area where you get your explosiveness and power. This strength exercise will help you develop your core strength, which directly affects your ability to run faster, jump higher, and move more explosively.
