Drill Instructions

  1. Start with the sole of your foot on the ball
  2. Push the ball forward with your laces
  3. Catch the ball with the sole of your foot and pull it back

As you pick up speed, hopping on one foot while pushing and pulling with your other foot may be helpful

Drill Variations

  • Alternate one touch right, one touch left
  • 5 Touches right, 5 touches left
  • Max touches in 45 sec
  • Use outside of foot to push
  • Use inside of foot to push
