Push Pulls is an individual soccer drill you can do to work on your ball control. It’s a great soccer drill that you can do indoors when the weather is bad as well. It helps you work on your touch on the ball with different parts of your foot, as well as helping your work on your ball control by making you keep the ball right at your feet.

To do push pulls, have your feet shoulder width apart. Push the ball forward with one foot. With the same foot, catch the ball with the sole of your foot. Pull the ball back with that foot. Push the ball back forward with the same foot, or switch feet and push the ball forward and pull it back with your other foot and alternate.

Try doing 100 touches with your right foot and 100 touches with your left foot. This should help you develop your ball control with both feet.
