Triangle push pulls is a individual soccer ball control drill that you can do to work on your touch. It is a great exercise to help you develop a controlled touch with both your feet.

To do triangle push pulls, have your feet shoulder width apart. Push the ball forward with one foot. With your other foot, catch the ball with the sole of your foot. Pull the ball back with that foot and push it across your body to your original foot. This drill is called triangle push pulls because you are moving the ball in a triangle.
